Finance Coordinator

The Burford Agricultural Society is looking for a Finance Coordinator, this is a volunteer position however given the significant time associated with the role the Burford Agricultural Society is paying an honourarium for this position.

Position Overview

This role will be coordinating the finances of the Burford Agricultural Society(BAS), including by not limited too managing the day to day operational expenses of the fair including, receiving payment for (BAS), preparing cheques for invoices to be paid. Updating the financial books based on accounts receivable and payable, preparing monthly statements for board of directors meetings. The time commitment during none fair time will be a maximum of 22 hrs a month.
This role is ideal for a student in financial accounting program or an individual with a finance background looking to supplement some income
