Specifications:
- Floor size is 60’ by 120’
- Concrete floor exists on 60’ by 100’ – northerly 20’ is a dirt floor having dimensions of 20’ by 60’
- Ceilings are 16’ in height – large sliding doors are 14’ in height (southerly door has an opening of 16’ when fully open)
- No washrooms in building however Fairgrounds does own a portable washroom trailer that can be located inside the building (or immediately outside the door)
- Running water (cold) is available at the south end of the building
